Is Two Years Too Long

Yes, it's been two years now.  I'm currently unemployed and between interviews and job searches I'd like to be my creative self that's using my dirty diary as an outlet.  What do you think, is it a good idea?  I'll be dusting the blog off, updating, and getting back in touch with my fellow bloggers.  Any commentary is extremely welcome.
